Be in to win a trip for two to the Tour de France

1. Promoter

• The Promoter is European Distributors Limited trading as Škoda New Zealand.
  
  
• Entry into the competition is deemed acceptance of these and any other appliable terms and condition
  
  

2. Promotional Period

• The competition commences on 1 February 2026 and ends at close of business on 31 May 2026. (Promotion Period).
  
  

3. How to Enter

• If you make an Eligible Purchase (as defined below) of a promotional vehicle (Promotional Vehicle) you will receive, free of charge, one entry into the prize draw:

  Any new Škoda vehicle
  
  

4. Winner Selection

• There is one prize winner to be drawn by the Promoter (or its agent) by 6th June 2026 to be selected by random electronic selection from all entries. The winner will receive a Tour de France VIP experience for 2 in July 2026, valued at approximately $30,000 (Prize).
  
  
• The Main Prize includes for two people:
  
  

1. Premium Economy flights to Basle Airport Belfort ex Auckland (if the prize winner does not reside in Auckland, domestic flights to Auckland will also be included).
2. Transfers to and from the Tour de France VIP experience in Belfort.
3. VIP Experience to occur on 18-20 July 2026 including food, accommodation at Grand Hotel de Tonneau d-Or in Belfort, and activities.
4. Additional 5 nights’ accommodation in Belfort.
5. Spending money of NZD $3,000.
6. Specific nights accommodation in Belfort prior to, and after, the Tour de France VIP experience will be dependent on flight availability.
   
   

• The various components of the Prize are subject to change until confirmed by Škoda Auto (it is anticipated this will be confirmed in mid March). The Promoter reserves the right to adjust all or part of the Prize but will use all reasonable endeavours to provide a substantially similar prize.
  
  
• Selection of specific travel dates, hotels, airline and departure times is at the Promoter’s discretion at the time of booking. Airline travel, airport transfers and accommodation are subject to the relevant supplier’s standard terms and conditions. The Prize must be taken on the dates specified. No alterations, extensions or variation on these travel dates is permitted. All components of the Prize must be taken together. No changes or additions to the booking accepted. Each winner will be solely responsible for their companion.
  
  
• Winners are responsible for any expenses additional to those outlined as covered in the Main Prize, including but not limited to; passport, visa, travel and insurance requirements.
  
  
• Prizes are not transferable or negotiable, nor can they be redeemed for cash.
  
  
• The Main Prize winner will be notified within 2 business days of the prize draw occurring to work through arrangements for the travel via the entrant’s contact details provided with the Daily Entry. If the winner cannot be contacted within 6 business days of the prize draw occurring the Promoter may undertake a further prize draw using the same eligibility criteria to select a new winner.
  
  
• An eligible purchase means a purchase of a Promotional Vehicle that satisfies all the following (an Eligible Purchase):

1. from an Authorised Škoda dealer in New Zealand during the Promotional Period; and
2. that is landed stock (ie a vehicle that has already arrived in the country and is physically present at the dealership or in a local warehouse ready for deliver); and
3. has paid for in full by cash or finance and registered in your name during the Promotion Period.
   
   

5. Entry requirements

• To be eligible to enter into this competition and to win a prize, the participating customer must:
  
  

1. be a New Zealand resident and at least 18 years of age;
2. be currently residing in New Zealand;
3. have made an Eligible Purchase;
4. hold a valid passport, be able to obtain any visa required (if any) and be able to travel in July 2026; and
5. consent to the Promoter using your name and image for publicity and promotional purposes.

• This competition is not open to Promotion Vehicles ordered outside of the Promotion Period, or any fleet, rental, government purchase or the purchase of any used or demonstration vehicles.
  
  
• This competition is not open to employees of the Promoter, Authorised Škoda NZ dealerships, their agencies and their immediate family members.
  
  

6. General

• Subject to any applicable laws which cannot be excluded:
  
  

1. The Promoter will not be liable for any loss, damage or injury of any nature incurred or suffered by any Prize winner (including but not limited to direct or consequential loss or loss arising from negligence) arising directly or indirectly out of or in connection with this competition or with winning any Prize; and
   
   
2. The Promoter is not responsible or liable for any loss suffered if a Prize becomes unavailable for reasons beyond its control and may provide a substitute prize.
   
   

• The Promoter’s decision on all matters relating to this competition, including any matters relating to eligibility, is final.
  
  
• The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify, extend or suspend the competition or otherwise amend or update these Terms and Conditions at any time at its sole discretion. Any amended or updated terms will be published on the Promoter’s website.
  
  
• Your personal information may be used to conduct this competition and for future promotional purposes. By entering into this competition, you consent to the use of your personal information in this manner.
