State-of-the-art infotainment systems
The Superb Wagon comes standard with 13″ Škoda Navigation, including a display cleaner in the Jumbo Box. Further features such as the Canton Sound System and head-up display can be added as part of optional packages.
Smartlink
SmartLink provides you with a connection between your smartphone and the in-built infotainment via Apple CarPlay or Android Auto. Play music, navigate, deal with your text messages and calls, or listen to your favourite podcast.
Phone Box
The phone box is a storage compartment used to charge mobile phones wirelessly. The Superb Wagon provides wireless smartphone charging with up to 15 W of power, along with active cooling.
5 USB-C ports
The Superb Wagon is equipped with four fast-charging USB-C ports (45 W) – two in the front and two in the back. There is a fifth USB-C port (15 W) in the rear-view mirror for charging a dash cam.
Natural voice control
With Laura voice assistant, your car will be hanging on your every word to do your bidding. Curt orders are consigned to the past. Now you can control your car with Laura, an assistant who understands normal speech. Laura will help you control the navigation, media, infotainment, air-conditioning and text messages, while letting you concentrate on the driving.
Display Cleaner
If your infotainment display is always getting dirty or dusty, now you have one worry less to worry about. A convenient display cleaner can be found in the Jumbo Box… to keep handy at all times.
Removable glasses compartment
The Jumbo Box is more than just a comfortable place to rest your arm. Inside you can find stowage space, a display cleaner, a 12 V socket, and a removable glasses compartment to prevent your sunglasses from getting damaged during your travels.
Mobile phone pockets
The pockets on the rear side of the front-seat backrests are great for storage. But they are little too big for a small smartphone. The Superb Wagon resolves this with an additional little pocket that is perfect for rear passengers’ phones.
Integrated funnel
You can also find Simply Clever solutions under the bonnet. The Superb Wagon features a cleverly designed rubber lid for the washer fluid tank. It opens into a practical funnel so you can easily top up the fluid without making a mess.
Sports chassis
Like to enjoy more of a brisk drive on the open road from time to time? Then the optional sports chassis is perfect for you. The dynamic driving experience is intensified by the 15 millimetre lower chassis, the different suspension turning, and the lower centre of gravity.
Rough Road package
If you’re a bit of an adventurer and like to head off the beaten track, you’ll find the optional Rough Road package very useful. It raises the chassis by 15 millimetres, incorporates an underbody engine cover and encloses critical chassis components to provide extra protection from mechanical damage caused by contact with uneven road surfaces or flying stones.
Electric tailgate with Virtual Pedal
The Škoda Wagon’s tailgate can be optionally operated by pressing a button from the driver’s seat, with the remote-controlled key, or by pressing a button on the tailgate. The electric tailgate comes with Virtual Pedal, an additional function for touchless tailgate opening/closing.
USB-C in the rear-view mirror
If you use a dash cam to record the traffic in front of you, you will appreciate the optional additional USB-C connector by the rear-view mirror. This means you will have a power source right by the camera and you will avoid those long cables all over the place.
Rear armrest with tablet holder
Your in-car entertainment or work station while your car is stationary. Enjoy a film or watch a presentation on the tablet, and place your drinks safely in the cup holders. When you need to transport long items, there is a load-through area behind the rear armrest.
Two rear USB-Cs
Good news! No more quarrels over USB ports. The Superb Wagon has them in spades. Two fast-charging USB-C ports (45 W) are prepared for the rear seat passengers.
Sleep package
If you want to take a break from your tablet and other devices, the Superb Wagon has a solution for you. Thanks to the optional, specially designed rear-sear head restraints, which can be tilted to the side to prevent your head from swaying, you’ll enjoy the ultimate in comfort on long journeys. Two blankets are also included in the package.
Umbrella compartment
The Škoda Superb Wagon has a compartment in both front doors, including a sustainable umbrella in the driver’s door, in case you get caught in the rain. An umbrella is also available as an accessories for the second compartment.
Electrically operated luggage compartment cover
Keep all the contents of the boot accessible and under control at all times. With the electrically operated luggage compartment cover, you can easily conceal them or, conversely, make them even more accessible. All at the push of a button.
Variable boot floor
The practical boot floor with storage space under the floor will help you to keep your luggage compartment tidy. Do you have accessories in your car that you want to take with you wherever you travel, but rarely use? Storage space under the floor is the ideal solution for them.
Boot nets
Thanks to the cleverly designed network of meshing, hooks and shelves in the boot, there is no need to compromise between agility and practicality. The boot nets with securing hooks prevent smaller items from moving around.
Cargo elements
In the typical Škoda style, the Superb Wagon’s boot offers hugely practical features. Items can be secured in the boot using cargo fasteners. Just slide your boxes or shopping bags, for example, between the fasteners and they will no longer slide around. The cargo fasteners can be folded away and stored at the side of the boot or under the variable boot floor.
Travel Assist
The front assist is a collision-alert safety system. Faced with an unavoidable collision, it applies the brakes to minimise the consequences. It also performs an emergency stop if a pedestrian dangerously attempts to cross the path of the car.
Side assist
Thanks to two radar sensors at the rear of the car, the side assist detects vehicles approaching from behind or that are in the car’s blind spot. You are informed of this using an LED signal on the inside of the wing mirror housings. Side assist can detect vehicles up to 70 m away and thus also effectively warns you of hazardous situations on motorways and dual carriageways.
Adaptive Lane assist
This system works in conjunction with a camera to recognise lane markings on the road, including yellow lines during roadworks, traffic cones, and other roadside or lane borders. The Adaptive Lane Assist intervenes in an attempt to keep the vehicle in the selected track within the traffic lane, and the car does not “weave”.
Adaptive cruise control
The adaptive cruise contol (ACC) maintains a safe distance from the vehicle ahead at a selected speed, controlling the engine and actuating the brakes to automatically accelerate or decelerate as needed. The system combines a cruise control system with a radar-based distance controller and is active up to 160 or 210 km/h.
Park assist
The Superb iV Sportline has park assist that semi-automatically guides the car into perpendicular parking spaces (forwards and backwards), and in and out of parallel spots. The system assists you by automatically carrying out optimal steering wheel movements to park within the lines, you just have to accelerate and brake.
Park distance control with manoeuvre assist
The system warns of the potential risk of collision with obstacles during parking by drawing data from sensors, the driving parameters and the steering wheel angle. To avoid those parking situations where you don’t brake in time in response to the distance alerts, the Superb Scout incorporates manoeuvre assist, a feature that stops the car to avoid collision.
Rear-view camera with washer
When reverse gear is engaged, the camera in the tailgate is activated and the image is shown on the infotainment system display. Dynamic guide lines laid over the image show the direction in which the vehicle would go with the position of the steering wheel or indicate when it should be turned.
Rain & light assist
The Superb iV is fitted with a rain sensor to automatically activate and control the speed of the wipers. The light sensor activates the car’s lights automatically when the intensity of ambient light falls below a specified value (for example when driving through a tunnel or at dusk).
Front and rear parking sensors
Parking the Superb iV is easy due to its excellent manoeuvrability. What is more, you can be assisted by parking sensors integrated in the rear and front bumper, which check the car’s distance from any obstacles.
KESSY
Open or close the door, start or stop the engine, all without having to search for your key? That is the comfort provided by the optional KESSY system. Simply pull the door handle and the vehicle will unlock automatically. Start the car by pushing the button located to the right of the steering column.
Matrix headlights
Using a rear-view mirror camera that detects light sources from oncoming vehicles, the matrix function of the full LED headlights masks out the high beam light distribution around them in real time with individually switchable LED chips in each headlight. This results in a perfectly illuminated road ahead and greater safety.
Full LED matrix headlights
The high-end headlights for the Sportline use LEDs for all of their functions and, on top of that, the full beam features the cutting-edge matrix function. LED headlights in the Style incorporate diodes for dipped and full beam, the position light and daytime running lights.
Full LED tail lights with dynamic rear indicator
The full LED tail lights in the Sportline model incorporates diodes to play every role. Their specialities include a chrome-plated strip that runs the full width of the tailgate and an eye-catching dynamic rear indicator. LED tail lights, integrating diodes for the brake, tail and fog lights, are supplied with the Style.
Driver and passenger airbags
They protect the driver and the passenger from injury in case of impact.
Front side airbags
The front side airbags effectively protect the pelvis and chest of the driver and front passenger.
Rear side airbags
Rear side airbags protect the pelvis and chest of rear passengers.
