Ready for everything
The new Karoq Sportline will instantly impress. The clean lines, body-colour bumpers and sills, and black detailing give the car a self-assured and emotionally charged look.
Spellbinding to look at
What makes the new Karoq Sportline so captivating to look at is its full LED Matrix headlights, which have been updated and redesigned. The radiator grille between them has a high-gloss black frame, and the front spoiler is body-coloured. Together with other black body detailing, such as the wing mirror covers, the exterior as a whole is highly impressive.
State-of-the-art full LED Matrix headlights
The powerful high-end headlights use LEDs for all of their functions and incorporate cutting-edge Matrix. The Matrix function masks out the light distribution around other vehicles or traffic signs in real time with individually switchable LED chips in each headlight. This results in a perfectly illuminated road ahead and greater safety. One new feature is the all-weather lighting function, which replaces conventional fog lights. This lighting mode is designed to improve the illumination of the road surface when visibility is poor.
Striking vision
The Sportline logo adorns both front wings, where it sits just below the tornado line stretching the entire length of the car. The badge, attracting many keen drivers over the years, has become a symbol they can rely on.
Perfect from every angle
The redesigned headlights are complemented by the very best Top full LED tail lights, which offer eye-catching dynamic rear indicators and an animated Coming/Leaving Home function. The Škoda lettering and model name on the tailgate come in black, as do the roof rails, diffuser and high-gloss side-window trims. The lower door mouldings, model-specific rear bumper, and extended tailgate spoiler, on the other hand, are rendered in the colour of the body. SunSet tinted glass keeps the interior comfortable.
The Karoq Sportline will make you feel comfortable and safe whatever the situation. Whether you are running your everyday errands, going on holiday, or simply driving for pleasure.
A safe space
You can enjoy a spacious and comfortable interior in all our interiors. The new Karoq Sportline’s ’s interior is predominantly black, enhancing the dynamic driving experience. A three-spoke leather steering wheel and black headliner round off the sporty look. The decorative door-panel trim has a carbon look, and ambient lighting is standard. A Bolero multimedia system with DAB and voice control is available; the Amundsen and Columbus navigation systems are optional.
Enjoy the support
The front sports seats with fixed head restraints not only look great, but also hold the body perfectly during fast cornering. They are covered with ThermoFlux, a fabric which allows 4.5 times more air to permeate than conventional covers. The grey stitching is an eye-catching detail. You will appreciate these seats whether you are on the way home after a hard day’s work or on a spirited weekend drive.
Step on it
Stainless steel pedals add character to the car’s interior. They make the driver’s footwell more interesting optically and their colour matches the other chromed interior elements. They are fitted with rubber spots, so your foot never slips.
An invitation to step inside
When you open the door, you will notice a welcome logo projected on the tarmac inviting you inside. The welcome logo will also shine a light on obstacles you’ll want to avoid when getting out. The impressive door sill trims emblazoned with the Karoq name offer an accurate foretaste of what is to come when you get in.
The new Karoq Sportline will impress not only with its looks and interior, but also with the technology it uses. You can choose between front or all-wheel drive, a petrol or diesel engine, manual or automatic transmission… Basically, it’s up to you to decide which combination best suits your idea of a fun ride.
Dynamic Chassis Control
For maximum driving pleasure, the new Karoq Sportline can optionally be fitted with Dynamic Chassis Control (DCC), incorporating Driving Mode Select. As such, the car offers several modes that change both the stiffness of the shock absorbers and other vehicle settings. Reconfiguring the car from a comfortable, relaxed mode to a dynamic, sporty setting is easy. An Off-Road mode is also available for cars equipped with 4×4.
Intelligent all-wheel drive
With its intelligent 4×4, the Karoq Sportline is ready for every contingency. The all-wheel drive system with electronically controlled multi-plate clutch constantly adapts the torque distribution between the front and rear axles to the current driving conditions. This makes it the ideal assistant for brisk rides both on well-travelled roads and for off-road drives, as well as for negotiating a layer of snow.
Under the bonnet
The Karoq Sportline offers plenty of power in all circumstances: nipping in and out of urban traffic, pulling a trailer, or spirited driving on your favourite roads. You can take your pick of the 1.5 and 2.0 l TSI petrol engines or the 2.0 TDI diesel engine. The power ranges from 85 to 140 kW and is transmitted to the front or all wheels. You can choose from a 6-speed manual or 7-speed DSG. The 2.0 TSI (140kW) engine with 7-speed DSG and 4×4 is exclusive to the Sportline.
Smartlink+
Škoda Karoq’s ‘SmartLink’ system delivers a seamless connection between the car and your smartphone with support for Apple CarPlay, Android Auto and Mirrorlink™ technologies. Get in, put your phone in the phone box and charge it wirelessly.
Through a simple and intuitive connection, Karoq’s central touchscreen becomes an extension of your own phone. With Smartlink, you can navigate around town to your favourite hotspots, deal with your text messages or calls, listen to podcasts or simply drive to the beat of the tunes stored on your smartphone.
Wireless charging
The storage compartment in the centre console of the Karoq Sportline enables wireless charging alongside the wireless connection to SmartLink.
Up to 4 USB-C ports
The ability to connect smartphones and multimedia players via a two USB-C connecters is standard for the Škoda Karoq. Two additional USB-C ports are added – one by the rear-view mirror and one in the central armrest.
State-of-the-art infotainment system
The Karoq comes with a 8.25″ Škoda infotainment system with built-in navigation. The display features proximity sensors: as soon as a finger comes near it, the system switches automatically to operating mode. Pinch-to-zoom functions familiar from smartphones make operation easy. The advanced 8-speaker Škoda surround audio system tops off the Karoq audio system.
Armrest with two cup holders
The rear folding armrest not only makes travelling comfortable, but also incorporates a holder for two 0.5-litre bottles, where backseat passengers can conveniently put their drinks.
Two easy-open cupholders
The easy-open cup holder is one of the simple but very useful solutions. As the name suggests, the unique shape of the holder makes it possible for the driver to open the bottle with just one hand and thus pay appropriate attention to steering. There are two easy-open cup holders in the Škoda Karoq.
Ticket holder
The storage compartment in the centre console of the Karoq Sportline enables wireless charging alongside the wireless connection to Smartlink.
Under-seat umbrella
The Karoq has a compartment under the front passenger’s seat that comes complete with an umbrella in case you get caught in the rain.
Variable false boot floor
The adjustable false boot floor allows you to divide the boot into two different positions. Simply pull out the loading floor to bring it into the lower position. The system delivers convenient storage space.
Cargo elements
In typical Škoda style, the Škoda Karoq’s boot also offers hugely practical features. Items can be secured in the boot using cargo fasteners. Just slide your boxes and shopping bags, for example, between the fasteners and they will no longer slide around. The cargo fasteners can be folded away and stored under the boot floor.
Double-sided boot liner
On one side, there’s a practical and easily washable surface, on the other, elegant textile carpeting. The mat can simply be turned over to provide a surface suited to the load.
Net system
Thanks to the cleverly designed network of meshing, hooks and shelves in the boot, there is no need to compromise between agility and practicality. The net system with securing hooks prevents smaller items from moving around. You will be glad of the sturdy hooks on the sides when you go shopping or need to transport your sports gear.
KESSY
You no longer need to be holding your key in order to open and lock your car. The KESSY (keyless entry, start and exit system) control unit recognises the key up to 1.5 metres away from the car. The vehicle unlocks automatically when the door handles or tailgate are operated. The engine starts at the push of a button.
Virtual pedal
The Škoda Karoq’s tailgate can be optionally operated by pressing a button from the driver’s seat, with the remote-controlled key or by pressing a button on the tailgate. The Style and Sportline are also fitted with a virtual pedal for touchless tailgate opening/closing.
Panoramic sunroof
The large optional panoramic sunroof with a sunshade delivers plenty of daylight into the interior. The glass is tinted black, so only a comfortable amount of light and heat is allowed to enter the vehicle.
Electronic parking brake
The electronic parking brake doesn’t just create more space between the front seats, but also increases safety and comfort. The Sportline includes an additional auto hold function, where the brakes prevent the vehicle from rolling away, without the driver having to touch the brakes (off-road mode available in Sportline only).
Heated steering wheel
The Karoq Style and Sportline are equipped with a heated steering, a godsend in the winter, especially when your hands are frozen from scraping the ice off the windows. The optional heated windscreen is another job less to do, and if you’re still cold, the heated front and optionally heated rear seats will keep you toasty.
Heated front seats
Drivers and front passengers of the new Škoda Karoq Style and Sportline will be particularly comfortable throughout the winter thanks to the heated front seats.
Front assist with predictive pedestrian protection
The front assist is a collision-alert safety system. Faced with an unavoidable collision, it applies the brakes to minimise the consequences. It also performs an emergency stop if a pedestrian dangerously attempts to cross the path of the car.
Crew protect assist
If a front or rear collision is imminent, this safety system proactively tensions the seatbelts and closes the electrically operated side windows (they remain 55 mm open) and panoramic roof to minimise potential risks and prepare the occupants for impact.
Adaptive cruise control
The adaptive cruise control (standard in Style and Sportline) automatically keeps a sufficient distance from vehicles moving ahead (max. 160 km/h or 210 km/h), dynamically, depending on the movement of the vehicles ahead or on a driver-defined safety distance. Besides the speed, the driver can also progressively configure the distance as well as the dynamics of the control on the operating lever of the steering wheel.
Lane assist
Lane assist can tell when you stray from a lane unintentionally. The lane assist system works in conjunction with a multipurpose camera to recognise lane markings on the road, including yellow lines during roadworks, traffic cones, and other roadside or lane borders.
Driver alert (fatigue detection)
Driver alert reduces the risk of a fatigue-induced emergency. By monitoring driver behaviour, the system assesses the degree of driver fatigue and, if necessary, warns of the need for a rest and break in the journey.
Front and rear parking sensors
Parking the Karoq is easy due to its excellent manoeuvrability. What is more, you can be assisted by parking sensors integrated in the rear and front bumper, which check the car’s distance from any obstacles.
Rain & light assist
The Karoq is fitted with a rain sensor to automatically activate and control the speed of the wipers. The light sensor activates the car’s lights automatically when the intensity of ambient light falls below a specified value (for example when driving through a tunnel or at dusk).
Rear-view camera with washer
When reverse gear is engaged, the camera in the tailgate is activated and the image is shown on the infotainment system display. Dynamic guide lines laid over the image show the direction in which the vehicle would go with the position of the steering wheel or indicate when it should be turned.
KESSY
Open or close the door, start or stop the engine, all without having to search for your key? That is the comfort provided by the optional KESSY system. Simply pull the door handle and the vehicle will unlock automatically. Start the car by pushing the button located to the right of the steering column.
Driver and passenger airbags
They protect the driver and the passenger from injury in case of impact.
Front side airbags
The front side airbags effectively protect the pelvis and chest of the driver and front passenger.
Driver's knee airbag
The driver’s knee airbag stops the driver’s knees from contacting the lower part of the dashboard in the event of a frontal impact.
Rear side airbags
Rear side airbags protect the pelvis and chest of rear passengers.
Curtain airbags
Curtain airbags protect passengers from any impact to the side of the car.
The 140kW TSI engine paired to Karoq is our most powerful offering within this family of vehicle. It’s 4×4 capability comes with a tailored 7-speed DSG transmission.

The Worldwide Harmonized Light-Duty Vehicle Test Procedure (WLTP) is designed to provide a standardised measurement and enables the consumer to make reliable comparisons between vehicles in terms of energy (fuel and/or electricity) consumption, emissions, and electric vehicle range. However, it should be noted that the results of this test may not accurately reflect the actual fuel consumption, emissions, or range that a driver might experience in the real world. Actual results may vary depending on various factors such as driving style, road conditions, temperature, weather, vehicle load, and maintenance. Therefore, the WLTP results should be considered as an indicator of the vehicle’s performance and not as a guarantee of the actual energy consumption, emissions, or range that a driver will experience in real-world driving conditions, or for making a vehicle-to-vehicle comparison.
